I really thought about what we talked about, about being in a routine and with things always being the same and boring. I realized on my way home from work I always get off on the University Parkway freeway exit because it's the closest to my house. Today I took the 800 N exit heading south and just took the back roads all the way home. It was so cool, I passed restaurants I had never heard of before, a couple beautiful parks, and a lot of cool areas that would be sweet to photograph. Taking a little time to get home was so much more interesting than just rushing to the nearest exit to my house.
