Walk, Don't Run

This has three different fonts which have different purpose to them, At the top, the type has serifs giving it a more professional look. This was important because that is the call to action that people are supposed to be taking seriously. It is additionally underlined in order to add more emphasis to it. The font of "You only SLIP up" catches my eye because it gives me the idea of not being very careful. And what catches the eye the most is the word "ONCE." The "O" is a fractured skull representing what happens if you do happen to slip and fall at the pool and the rest of the word is red like blood and it is coming from the skull and kind of blurred like the affect blood has in water. Additionally, there are four levels of type representing falling and the bottom-most level is the consequence for running instead of walking.

  1. Hey Karsten,
Great idea with having the fonts and positioning of the words to go along with the message. Normally you only want to use no more than two fonts though. It might have been better to only make the "once" be in a different font, because that would have really drawn out the effect of your message.
