Rule of Thirds and a Poem
For this post, I created an image using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I also wrote a poem. The technique that I focused on was the rule of thirds. The moon sits in one of the intersecting points. The point where the water meets the grass is on the line of the bottom third. I played a little bit with symmetry, having the reflection stretched out in the water. I chose colors that are dark and related to green, which I feel fits the poem. The poem indicates darkness and loneliness, leaving one with only nature. The font I chose is called "Cracked", much like the heart of the lad whom this poem portrays.
