My afternoon began by taking a casual stroll down Center street. I quickly found a few things I’d never seen in Provo before:
An abandoned grill,
Directions to gold,
An old pharmacy sign,
A retro police sign,
And a broken depository box.
Walking around looking more intently at this city I’ve grown to love helped deepen my love and appreciation to how unique Provo is. This cute old city still has so much charm that many other places don’t have. Orem sure doesn’t have to cool charm that Provo has and it’s something I can take pride in because I have the opportunity to live in such a cool place. And who knows, the next time I want to impress a date, I’ll just go show them an abandoned grill.
