NOTICING SURROUNDINGS. This was actually really hard to remember. I was walking to work yesterday thinking about art around me, but seconds later forgot about it. I got caught up in all of my worries and just stressed myself out more. It felt good to later focus on it and my imagination was focused on what was around me rather than just myself. COOOL.
