"Pay if forward" was I phrase that I heard for the first time today. It means that if someone does something good or shows you an act of kindness you should do the same to someone else. But the call to action from this photo is to be the person that starts the act of doing something good for someone else. Of course the idea of using the dollar bill comes from the word "pay".
