What do a robot, a hip granny, and a lion have in common?

I drew four shapes (a square, a triangle, a circle, and a star) and had three friends complete a drawing incorporating all four shapes. Here's what they came up with.

I had them complete their drawing with all other drawing on the page covered. Some similarities I found were that all 3 people used the provided shapes to draw a character, though they didn't all use all of the shapes as part of their actual character, some shapes were worked in as props. I also noticed that all three seemed to disguise some of the shapes in their drawings, especially the circle in the spaceship.  I also thought it was interesting that two of my friends chose to orient their drawings the way the shapes where when I handed them the paper, and one chose to look at the shapes from a different direction and produced something very creative from doing so.
