For the motivational banner, I used a color scheme off of the kuler.adobe.com website, that pushed itself right into my color pallet on illustrator. The colors all match in a way that is surprising to me, because I didn't think red, orange and blue would even be able to go with each other. I like the color scheme though, and it makes me feel a positive way, and that I can do great things in the future.
I chose to use the principles of closure and proximity for my Gestalt theory project. The words are close together so you can tell they are one object, but are erased at points, but our mind fills in the blanks and knows what the words say because of the closure principle.
