Color Theory
For my
inspirational banner I wanted to create a more feminine look with the flowers
and color choice to accompany my quote. I started with a primary color and then
chose the next color that is complementary to it, or directly across the color
wheel. Also, to make the colors less harsh and more feminine I made the colors pastel
by adding white to the hue. Last, I chose CMYK colors because this would be a
printed inspirational banner, and CMYK translates better for printed projects.
