1. The signifier is a large brass bull statue that is in a
charging position located near Wall Street.
2. It signifies many things but the main theme is being
aggressive financially with optimism. The name of the statue is the “Charging
Bull” and there has always been the saying, “take the bull by the horns.”
Because bulls are literally and metaphorically head strong they are usually
associated with going into things full fledged.
3. it is a large strong bull, and the meaning can change a
ton because it almost now appears that they have gone headstrong into the wrong
