The signifier is just three circles, two red and one white. The signified is a bullseye, which gets one thinking about accuracy, really pinpointing something, typically a shot of some kind. Some connections that we have with targets and bullseye’s are perhaps with guns, maybe arrows or darts, but in all cases it requires a certain amount of marksmanship in order to hit the target you are aiming for.
I believe they did this to show that they can pinpoint whatever the customer needs and they will be able to deliver and help them get that thing. It’s more than just a couple of circles, it shows that you’ll be able to find and get exactly what you’re in need of. There is nothing in the way, just an open target for you to hit. I think that is what they are trying to get across, that they will be able to nail whatever it is you are searching for/wanting to buy.
