enjoy silence

I intended my "plan of action" message to be something having to do with "unplugging from technology." Well, one idea led to the next, which led to the next, which led to this: a very simple outcome. The simplicity however is what sends the message across. The mac volume symbol is something all of us are familiar with. The shape of the background rectangle is like similar to that of a laptop screen. The monochromatic colors all emphasize the "muted nature" of the message. The text itself is barely there....a simple font, a small size,  in a simple, grey color. So although this is a very minimalist image, I am hoping the message is being strongly recognized.
