My call to action was "Explore." I replaced the x, p, and o with other objects that are associated with travel, discovery, and other exploration. The x is supposed to represent an "x" marks the spot that you might see on a treasure map. The p is a magnifying glass and the o is a compass. For my color palette a used a photo of the forest that I really enjoy and uploaded it to kuler to get my palette. I wanted to have earthy colors that the viewer might associate with nature.
Love how you used the earthy colors. Everything about this thing was legit!
