The tilted style of the phrase "Climb Every Mountain" makes readers envision the word climbing more fully and the red draws attention to the words. The subtlety of a smaller treasure and the words around it makes the reward for reading the whole message and thus understanding the importance of the whole message. The main message also climbs the mountain metaphorically because the angle of ascent is along the mountain as well.
