For this assignment, I played around with kuler and really like the option of importing a photo and obtaining a color scheme from that. I took a floral pattern, fine tuned some of the colors and then got the same colors in Illustrator by using the RGB values. The light orange, rust color, and dark purple/pink are kind of analogous colors, while the green pulls out a more complementary color feeling. Overall, the color palette has a very natural and organic feel.
