Colors!

So after being incredibly indecisive and completely unsatisfied with the group of colors I was getting on Kuler, I decided to tone it down. Instead of trying to find the perfect shade of blue and make the other colors fit, I picked the most basic shade of red. Then I decided to make my color scheme triadic (mostly I still wanted blue). From there I was able to mess with the shade/tints to make all the colors appealing. The base color of the picture started out as this (in my opinion) awful bright green that didn't seem to belong. This just showed me that even though on colors go on the color wheel, we all have our own ideas of what colors look good together, especially when you're matching more than three colors.
