modern furniture in contemporary colors

I chose a triadic color scheme by just playing around in kuler. I used the kuler application built into adobe illustrator quite extensively. This let me mess with colors in illustrator and find them exactly using the pantone matching system. I started with the redish salmon color as my base. The other colors in the scheme are just tints of their darker versions. The three corresponding colors are pretty close to the center of the color wheel, meaning quite a bit of white was added. I wanted to take something classic, like mid-century modern furniture, and give it a trendy and contemporary feel.
