After trying to figure out Adobe Photoshop for over an hour, to no avail, I decided to give up and create an image on Word. It's definitely not a masterpiece, but it's the best I can do.
I couldn't get the perfect RGB because I was too technologically challenged to be able to do that, but I got as close as I could with the colors Word offered me. All of these colors in my pallet are complimentary to one another which gives it a very bright and happy feel because they are all vibrant colors. They are very muted, though. All of these colors have had tint added to the original hue to make them a more pastel and calm color rather than bright and vibrant.
