It signifies a few things. For starters it has been bronzed and set as a trophy type statue in the middle of the city. This means that the angry bull means serious business and that it is here to stay. This further means that a specific business or corporation in this city is attached around this figure. Perhaps the people themselves praise this bull as a beloved figure hence the pictures being taken with it. As I think deeper, my mind links to the NBA's Chicago Bulls.
Although this bull resides on Wall Street, to me this bull represents a whole team, corporation, and fan base. Flashes appear of Michael Jordan, Scotty Pippen, and Dennis Rodman winning the NBA championship. Why? That's because this bull represents ALOT more than just a simple angry bull.
