I love and I’m always drawn to portraits over any other type of photography. I think it is because of the natural inclination instill within each of us to form personal connections and relationship. This particular photograph tells a story. This young Indian girl is different amongst her culture. Her eyes are a shocking contrast against her dark brown skin. It also gives off an almost hopeful and optimistic outlook on life and one’s current situation. It is as if the girl is looking towards the horizon in hopes of a better brighter future.
