My roommate Alex and I were really craving some chicken Parmesan for lunch on Friday, but unfortunately, we had no chicken or bread crumbs to make it. Fortunately, I realized that I had stumbled upon an opportunity to accomplish the task in a different way - a creative way. Instead of using chicken, I pulled some chicken nuggets out of the freezer and decided that they would serve as a great substitute. Then I realized that we had no red sauce, so I substituted that with a homemade Alfredo sauce. Next, I added some pasta, some Parmesan, some Italian seasoning, some pepper, and some salt and... Walaa!, a new white chicken Parmesan was born! I realized that there are no roadblocks in the kitchen, just challenges of creativity that result in something delicious!
