Typography

So, for my assignment I used the phrase, "know when to leave". I used a bolded san-serif font. I did this to add to the weight of the topic, to make it heavy, but also to make the decision feel strong. To present a call to action, I separated the word "leave" from the sentence. Thus creating the idea that the word actually left. Furthermore, I increased the leading in the word "leave" to detach it from the other words. Not only is it physically separated, but the dynamics of the word are also different; it stands, not necessarily alone, but apart from the first half of the sentence.
