Uintah Wildflowers

While hiking King's Peak in the Uintahs a few years ago I picked one of each type of flower that I saw near the trail. So I wanted to make a color scheme using just the colors represented in these flowers.

Photoshop and Powerpoint weren't licensed on the library's mac I was on so I used my laptop to make the theme. Powerpoint has a little RGB scale to make new colors. To get the red and purple I had to shade the closest hues I could find on the scale. For the off-white I started with a brown hue and tinted it. They aren't perfect, but I did my best and had fun. I'd like to use this color scheme again on a graphic the next time I have access to other programs.
