Once Upon A Time...

My fairytale story:

 At this point, I couldn't get the object out of 
the bag it was being held in, so I began fumbling
it around behind my back to hide it from her.

 ...Another attempt to get the object
out of the bag by hugging her thus allowing
me to see the bag and get the object out.
