These condos are located near Seven Peaks and are considered the nicest place to live in Provo. Although they appear to be high end student housing. Living at Arlington means so much more. If you live at Arlington, you are choosing a lifestyle and attitude, rather than just new housing. Arlington is known to be the rich kids of Provo who drive nice cars, have lived in Provo for at least five years, and carry the "cool kid" attitude.
If asking someone where they live, and they answer "Arlington" you automatically assume a variety of things about them. Some may find it appealing while others find it a huge turn off. Arlington Condos has meaning that has been created through the Provo Utah culture and year after year, it attracts the people in Provo who continue to keep the stereotype living on.
Although this appears to be the idea behind Arlington, it does not mean that everyone who lives there fits into this stereotype. I have a lot of awesome down to earth friends who live at Arlington Condos.
