2. Signifies action and power. The fact that the bull is in the business part of town signifies that business is about authority and powerfully moving the economy further.
3. The bull is in a position where he is showing action. Instead of standing around, his head is down and his shoulders are back, showing that he is in action. Also his eyes are fierce and his mouth is angry, showing that there is determination and aim. Also, this isn't exactly a scrawny cow. This is a bull that is stacked with muscle. It's almost intimidating to look at and imagine if there really was a bull that size staring you down and chasing after you.
