I used the call to action of calling your mom. I think college students often forget how much their mothers love to hear from their children every couple of days. This typography hopefully encourages them to take that action. I used a phone as the letter "C" to demonstrate the action. For the "O" in mom I used a woman symbol and replaced the letter with her head. I incorporated color by making the text and background neutral colors and making the symbol of a woman pink, to make her pop. This draws attention to who exactly you should call.
