Fall!!!

For my picture assignment I wanted to document the beauty of fall. So often our surroundings go unnoticed because we see them every day. And fall happens to be one of the most beautiful seasons! I actually learned this while taking pictures and trying to look at things with a new perspective. I would always say fall was beautiful, but I wasn't really seeing. Like standing under a tree and noticing every color and shade the leaves were or noticing how many leaves can pile up in the gutter. When you start noticing how many leaves there truly are, it takes you back to the days of raking them up just so you can jump in the pile. While the last picture does not have my favorite composition, I just love the message and story of a days work cleaning up the never ending supply of leaves. So, like the pair in my picture, go take a walk or go for a drive in the mountains and really look at what surrounds you. Call up that girl you've been crushing on, and just go.
