Farm-to-Table


The farm-to-table movement is alive and well in Utah thanks to the efforts of dedicated local farmers and visionary local chefs and restaurateurs. Bustling farmers' markets and highly successful farm-to-table restaurants have been popping up all along the Wasatch Front in recent years, all of which are made possible by an intricuit and thriving network of small local farms providing the freshest ingredients to these small Utah businesses. Utah farms supply store, markets, and kitchens with fresh dairy, eggs, produce, meats, and various specialty products year round, allowing Utahns access to the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients.
