The big bronze bull statue is found in NYC. Its denotation
is a giant bronze bull. It is just a statue of an animal that happens to be
located in the middle of one of the biggest cities on the planet. That makes it
a little different. The connotation definitely has a different meaning than just
a large animal in a city. It isn’t representing an Idol like other cultures do
for cow statues either. I think it is representing something to do with the business
sector of this part of downtown New York. I think it is a motivator for how
businessmen should be confident and charge toward their endeavors like the
charging bull in this image. He is set in a position to charge and attack. With
a fierce look in his eyes. This was the meaning that I interpreted.
