The two principles I believe this design represent is continuation and similarity. The point in the lines make the eyes follow where it's pointing to, creating continuation. Each of the arrows are similar to one another, thus creating similarity. The design is telling it's view to follow your own arrow, and be your own person. There's no reason to follow anyone but yourself.
