Birds

This complex design utilizes Gestalt's principles of of both similarity and continuation.
The five blue birds clearly all belong grouped together. They are the same color, size, and shape. Because of the similarity principle, the fat, pink bird stands out so much more.
The principle of continuation is displayed in two different ways. The thick brown branch running from the left side of the page to the right draws the eye to the branches end, to the pink bird. In addition, the blue birds are all facing towards the end of the branch which again emphasizes the pink bird.
