For the creativity assignment, I decided to make a dinner that I have never attempted before. My wife and I spent the summer in Oregon and we had a lot of sushi. I am not brave enough at this point to attempt sushi, so I made a special sauce for some talapia. It took some creativity figuring out the amounts of each ingredient to put in, but turned out very delicious, if I do say so myself. I learned a new skill that was beneficial to me and my wife.
