Creepy Art Projects

So when I thought about how I wanted to make something creative for this assignment I had the idea to paint a picture to put on the barren wall of my new apartment. I've always been intrigued by trees with no leaves so I looked up a picture (I'm not nearly talented enough to paint without a reference) and proceeded to paint it as well as I could. Little did I know, every little branch took an immense amount of concentration, an amount I don't possess. So long story short, two sandwiches, a batch of brownies, and two and a half hours later I made a very creepy picture of a dead tree that is now hanging in my kitchen.  A looming figure of death to watch over us. Oops. Oh well, I still like it.
