THE CHARGING BULL
Representative of the stock market; located on Wall St. near the NYSE. It represents the volatility of the industry, as compared to the volatility of a bull.
During prosperous financial times it can be seen as been "bullish" or opportunistic and risk-taking. I suppose that during bad economic times it simply serves as a reminder of the volatility of the industry and the negative consequences of risk.
