Photography/Composition


Point of View: This first picture is an aerial view of an elevator button. I love how it isn't a typical viewpoint people have of them. It's interesting how different the world is when you look at it with a different perspective. It's also exciting that something so simple could provide so much interest.


Subject/Background: This picture shows what I want the focus to be since I positioned my subject in a way that followed the rule of thirds. This rule helps accentuate the important parts of pictures.


Balance: This picture just shows the way pictures on a wall may be positioned to form a balanced look. The arrangement is pleasing to the eye because it shows two pictures on one side being asymmetrically balanced by one on the opposite side.
