Balance: I chose this particular view of the flower arrangements around my house. The image focuses around a particular flower. The rest of the plant balances the image.

 Subject/background. I attempted to focus in on the image of my wife reading outside by hiding behind a tree.

Perspective: I am looking up at this plant, I had to get down low to get the picture of this flower.
