This image uses the gestalt principles of figure/ground and continuation. Figure/ground for the bass clef and g clef that form as a heart and take the place of an O in the word "amo" (meaning I love in Spanish). The notes start smaller and consecutively get bigger in a wave to show the motion of the music: therefore creating continuation.
