I kept the words "maximize" and "minimize" a neutral size, then enlarged "EDUCATION" and capitalized it to communicate that it's maximized. I did just the opposite with the word "debt" to communicate that it should be minimized.
Very simple, and great message with image choice. If you were to most the lines up and down a little more they would line up more along the lines for the rule of thirds.
