I have never really explored downtown Provo. Even though I have lived in Provo for three years, I have never really paid too much attention to what downtown Provo has to offer. Walking around downtown Provo for this assignment showed me that even though I have been passing through this area for three years I was not really seeing what was around me. There is so much art and history in Provo that I never noticed before. The things that I found were obvious and I have probably looked at them before, but I never paid attention to what they were. I never gave a second glance. Downtown Provo holds so much history and expresses it through such an artistic way that I never noticed in my fast-paced life. It is nice to slow down sometimes and really take in the beauty around you.
