Life is Better in Videos

Naturally, the first thing that popped into my mind when we were given this assignment was the thought "i'm not creative." Although we had just had an entire lecture about how creativity can be expressed in so many different ways and we can all be creative, I was still left feeling unconvinced. But then it hit me, creativity is not a competition. All my life I've always been intimidated by this word "creativity," because I've never felt good enough to be a part of it. The video from our lecture came back to me and I realized that anyone can be creative doing anything they want! As for me, I choose to express my creativity through video making. Ever since my junior year of high school, I've had a passion for documenting my life through short videos. My creativity runs wild when I sit down at the computer and start piecing little videos, songs, and pictures together. Every semester since I've come to BYU, I have made one big video for that semester, piecing all of the best moments together into one. So for this assignment, I started creating my summer 2013 video. I call this the "Summer 2013 Trailer" because it is only a short part of video I will be continuing to make about this past summer's adventures.
